I'm a mom. I know the everyday rhythm of packing a lunch and getting kids out the door, and I also know that not every family gets to do that without worry. Right here in Fredericton, New Brunswick, there are kids who show up to school hungry, and that has always stayed with me. Real estate is how I provide for my own family, so it felt right to build giving back into the work itself. Not a once-a-year donation, but something tied to every single sale.
It's simple. When we close on a home, whether you're buying your first place, selling to move up, or relocating to the CFB Gagetown corridor, $100 goes straight to the Fredericton Community Kitchen. You don't have to do a thing. You bought or sold a home, and a local kid gets fed because of it. That's the whole idea.
