Hi, I'm Megan Gallant, a REALTOR® with eXp Realty with the Yerxa Team, helping families buy and sell homes in Fredericton, Oromocto, and the CFB Gagetown area.

I've lived in this area for over 30 years, so I know these neighbourhoods the way you know your own street: Fredericton Southside, New Maryland, Hanwell, Lincoln, Rusagonis, Oromocto, and the new builds going up around town! I closed 29 homes last year, and almost every one came from a past client or a referral, which tells you most of what you need to know about how I work – my people refer me to all their friends and family! 

 

Here's what makes me a little different. My husband Kyle and I own Mayflower Contracting Co., where we build custom homes in the area (by we, I mean Kyle & our amazing crew). If we are building a spec home, I’ll help with the design and, of course, marketing/listing the home for sale! That construction background means I notice things in a home that other agents walk right past, so if you're looking at new construction in Fredericton, NB, I understand the build from the inside out.

 

I'm also BGRS and SIRVA registered, which matters if you're a military or RCMP family posted to CFB Gagetown or J. Division. I grew up in a military family, so the move, the timeline, the HHT, I understand it. 

 

The thing my clients tell me they value most is my communication. You always know what's happening next. No chasing me down, no wondering where things stand. I got into real estate because Kyle and I saw firsthand what owning the right property can do for a family's financial future, and that's still what drives me. I care about the relationship, not the transaction.
